GENITAL ORGAN
Genital organs (also known as the genitalia or sex organs) are the parts of the body involved in sex
ual reproduction. They are typically divided into two categories: external genitalia (visible on the
outside of the body) and internal genitalia (located inside the pelvic cavity).

Female genital organs are categorized into two main types: External and Internal.

Female external genital organs involve:

Mons pubis , labia majora , labia minora , clitoris , vestibule , vestibular glands , perineum .

Female internal genital organs involve:

Ovaries , fallopian tube , uterus , cervix , vagina.




Now we will discuss about female internal genital organs especially ovaries and uterus.

INTRODUCTION
Female genital organs include external genital organs as well as internal genital organs. A collec-
tion of organs that are situated within the pelvis.

These essential structures include the paired ovaries, the fallopian tubes, the muscular uterus with
its specialized lower part, the cervix and the vagina.

INTRODUCTION
The ovaries are the most vital organs of the female reproductive system. They are the primary re-
productive glands, often referred to as the female gonads, and are paired, almost almond -shaped
structures situated on either side of the uterus in the pelvic cavity.
