A. Select a leader whom you feel has exhibited exemplary ethical conduct:
Throughout her life, Ruth Bader Ginsburg was known for having a wide array of ethical
traits. However, her integrity was the most prominent. It has been said that integrity alone
may not make you a leader, but you can never truly be one without it. Integrity is a
combination of honesty and moral consistency. Someone with integrity acts ethically and
always does what is right, even when no one is watching. Ginsburg was known for her
meticulous analysis of legal issues, extensive research, and well-informed opinions. Her
decisions were rooted in the Constitution and aimed to ensure equal legal protection. She
consistently displayed integrity by staying true to her principles and standing firm in her
beliefs.

Throughout her life, Ruth Bader Ginsburg exemplified numerous ethical traits, but
integrity stood out. Integrity combines honesty and moral consistency, and RBG
consistently behaved ethically, even privately. She analyzed legal issues thoroughly and
provided well-educated opinions, basing her decisions on the Constitution and striving to
ensure equal protection under the law. She was a principled person who held firm to her
convictions.
Another ethical trait that RBG embodied was Fairness. She championed equal pay for
women, LGBTQ+ rights, and the right to be who we want. Rather than trying to change
the Constitution, she focused on interpreting it in a way that would support her causes.
She co-founded the Women's Rights Project at the ACLU and worked on legal cases that
challenged gender-based discrimination. She was instrumental in setting legal precedents
that mandated equal treatment and opportunities for women, which helped create
significant societal change. RBG's belief in fairness extended beyond gender issues, and
she also fought against discrimination based on race, sexual orientation, and disability.
Her commitment to fairness made a lasting impression on the United States. She often
said, "Fight for the things you care about but do it in a way that will lead others to join
