passed the corresponding civil service
examination, performs the work of medical technology under the supervision of a
registered medical
technologist and/ qualified pathologist.

● Not allowed to sign lab results but can perform all tests with MT
Accredited Medical Technology Training Laboratory - ANS-A clinical lab, office, agency,
clinic, hospital sanitarium duly approved by DOH or its authorized agency
● School will apply on it if the facility can provide quality education for training laboratory
Recognized school of MT - ANS-Any school, college or university which offers a course
in MT approved by the DepEd in accordance with
the requirements under this act, upon recommendation of the council of medical
