, INTRODUCTION
Ascorbic acid, commonly
known as Vitamin C, is an
essential nutrient for human
health. It is found
abundantly in citrus fruits
such as oranges, lemons,
and sweet limes.
This project aims to
determine and compare the
amount of ascorbic acid
present in different citrus
fruits using simple acid-base
titration methods.
