M.G. was born 7/20/1935. She has allergies to Clopidogrel and atorvastatin. The patient came into the emergency department complaining of shortness of breath, and coughing up blood. The patient was then admitted on June 17, 2019 to the medical surgical floor to be treated and monitored with telemetry. The medical diagnosis M.G. was admitted onto the medical surgical floor is hypoxia and pneumonia. The main objection for M.G.’s healthcare should be focused around maintaining adequate breathing for the patient, to have clear lung sounds upon auscultation, and decrease the coughing.
