Communication
Organizational communication refers to the structured and unstructured flow of
information within an organization that enables coordination, decision-making,
leadership, and the achievement of organizational goals. It encompasses the
processes through which employees, managers, teams, and external stakeholders
exchange information, ideas, instructions, and feedback.

Communication and Informal Communication (Grapevine).
