family with facilities for living, sleeping, cooking, eating, and sanitation.

A room or enclosed floor space arranged for living, eating, food
preparation, or sleeping purposes not including bathrooms, toilet

severe personal injury.
Inspector
A person employed by the Department as being qualified to adequately
inspect the construction, electrical installations and mechanical
installations of
manufactured homes, as well as the installation, tie downs, blocking, and
sewer connections of new manufactured homes.
