body,as well as efficiency of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
2. What groups of Marines are required to take the PFT?: All active duty,
SelectMarine Corps Reserves(SMCR), Active Reserve (AR), and Marines
approaching End of Active Service/ retirement.
3. Participation in the PFT is a requirment regardless of?: age, gender,
grade,duty assignment, or terminal leave date.
4. The PFT is comprised of 3 events.: Hybrid Pull-Up/Push-up Test,
AbdominalCrunch, 3 Mile Run
5. Recommended order of PFT is decided by who?: Commander or
