Introduction
The two most suitable Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and payroll integrated
systems for the company based on the specifications provided for by the company’s VP are
Kronos and UltiPro. Either of these systems possess the ability to enhance efficiency in the HR
department, from the recruitment process, creating payrolls to monitoring employee
performances.
Analysis and Recommendations

This HRIS is fully equipped with both automated tools and ones that are scalable which
enhances the integration of the Human Resource department and payroll as well as employee
attendance and reporting time (Compare HRIS, 2020). All these features are meant to enable the
efficiency and critical management of employee-related issues, from their daily operations to
their payment especially given the multiple departments and workforce divisions in the
