INTRODUCTION.
This report outline the risk assessement conducted for the mechanical plant
workshop to identify potential hazards and evaluate activities carried out in the
workshop.The activity aims at ensuring safe working of trainees ,staff and entire
workshop users.
Workshop contain several tools that were managed to be monitored.The report aims
at recording likelihood/probability,severity and recommend control measures to
ensure trainees and staff safety and operational efficiency.

1.Poor Suffocation. Medium. Ellimination by opening
ventilation. vents for free air
circulation.
2.Hanging and Electrocution. High. Insulate naked cables.
