Primarily, according to Shaw (2011, p.67), SMEs have accounted for over 99.9%
of approximately 4.9million private party investments and 48.1% of the individual entity
turnover since 2013. Two of the All-wales inquiries to sellers that were analyzed include;

consumers. According to the findings, the procurement process of NHS wales in association with
SMEs and domestic distributors was seriously low.

investments. Remarkably, time contrast was caused by inflexibility, high-cost tenders, and
unforeseen price changes of the SMEs.

On the other hand, size factors profoundly affected SME sectors, such as catering
services and consulting companies. Granted that investments possess the mastery to compete, the
most effective SMEs found it hectic to attain the requirement for sustainable public procurement
policies to provide high-quality services (Loader, 2011, p.290). Simultaneously, due to a lack of
skills, it was perverse for SMEs to adjoin NHS wales procurement practice (Flynn and Davis,
2015 p.554). Failure of SMEs to participate in procurement services as a result of the obstacles
has prejudiced the sustainability of procurement in public sectors.

The analysis exposed the level of SME awareness to NHS. Flynn and Davis
argued that the rate of SMEs' awareness in delivering to NHS wales tended to hold up reality
about UK health organizations putting stab in thriving correlation between government
procurements and domestic SMEs. This was stimulated by government initiatives and the NHS
wale's interest to engage with SMEs. According to the findings, the level of joint-force was
