CliftonStrengths Reports and Leadership Analysis
The Clifton Strengths Report, I believe, highlighted many of the strengths I possess when
it comes to leadership. The five traits that it highlighted for me are realtor, futuristic, harmony,
communication, and activator. These results show that I am a diligent worker and consistently
looking for a brighter future. These results also show that I am great at communicating what I
believe it will take to get there, and that I am not afraid to get the ball rolling. That also shows
that although I am not scared of getting started, I want harmony or agreement with the people I
work with.
A person who possesses the realtor trade likes to collaborate closely with people they
already know. I pride myself on building strong working relationships and enjoy making lasting
friendships with the people around me. I value the people around me, and I want to push them to
succeed, as well as myself. Putting all my trust in the people that I build these relationships with
and hoping that it will help us both become more successful in a leadership role, I believe it is of
the utmost importance to create these lasting relationships and trust to have any successful
business endeavor.
Futuristic is the next strength of this report, which is shown. I am a person who is never
afraid to look at the future and create a plan. Being able to visualize success in your head through
a plan that you can create and being able to set forth the action to accomplish that is something
that I genuinely enjoy. There is always space to grow and visualize a bigger and better. Looking
towards the future always energizes me and keeps me pushing forward. I always enjoy
visualizing with others and bringing them along in my journey to create more success for me and
those around me. At the beginning of my educational journey, my goal was only to get my
associate's, but here I am, still on my journey pursuing my graduate school journey.
