communications with the employees throughout the project's execution. These communications
ensure that there is always immediate feedback on how the organization or the project is working
towards achieving the set goals and objectives. Performance management plays a great goal in
influencing work teams (Tseng, S. T., & Levy, P. E., 2019). This is because teams typically set
their goals, and communication on the teams' progress is necessary. Therefore, it is a crucial tool
as far as success is concerned.

Leadership behaviors refer to the set of actions taken by those granted the power to lead.
This behavior is usually geared towards the motivation of the employees, empowerment, and
even engagement. Examples of these behaviors are: participate, supportive, directive and
achievement.
These leadership behaviors play some critical roles in the execution of organizational activities.

Planning. This is the process of setting goals for the organization. In this stage, the
