What are the clinical manifestations of coxsackieviruses?
- Aseptic meningitis: caused by all of B and A7 & A9
- Herpangina: febrile vesicular pharyngitis, caused by A2-6, A8, A10

the mouth.
- Hand-Foot-Mouth disease: ulcers in the mouth, and rashes on hand and feet. Associated with
A16
- Pleurodynia: pain in the chest and abdomen, caused by group B
also known as Bornholm disease or epidemic myalgia
- Cardiac: myocarditis and pericarditis caused by B1-5
- Respiratory: groups A & B are usually associated with common cold.
