underarm, or eyebrow so you can experience the service and the product. Since/if you are

4) I am asking because we have a great referral program. Now that you are a new guest of ours,
you will receive $10 for every person that you refer to the company and this unlimited so you
can refer as many guests as you would like.

Acutane or Retina?
6) And just to let you know we do have a 9 minute late policy so if you do not show up after the
8 minute mark we may not be able to perform all or some of your services and after several no-
shows we will only be able to take you in on a walk-in only basis. If you are running late, you
can always call and we can do our best to accomodate you.

programs that are designed to save you money. We have a pre-paid wax pass where you buy 9 of
any service and get 2 for free, but since you are first time we will offer you 3 free. These visits
never expire and you can use them at any of our 800 locations across the country. Normally, the
cost of a BIB is $54, but the pass will bring it down $40 so you will be saving quite a bit. We
also have a payment plan option so you don't have to pay upfront today.
5) I'm going to give you a comment card. There is only one question, and if you bring it back
next visit with the original receipt attached we will give you an extra visit on your Pre-paid wax
or a month on Unlimited Wax Pass.
