1. ROM of elbow and or/wrist?
2. If cast is cut, remove or leave alone?
3. Then, MMT at shoulder, elbow, and/or wrist?
4. Contact Dr. or nurse and check X-rays? - Answer-1. Wrist only
2. Remove cast
3. Shoulder and wrist only
4. Yes contact Dr. or nurse, leave x-ray alone

3. Position of the Orthosis
4. Adjustment for distal migration problems - Answer-1. 2 weeks out use Humeral fracture brace, long
arm cast keeping elbow locked
2. SEWO, shoulder elbow wrist orthosis
3. Locked at 25 degree w/adjustable flex/extension later
4. Add free articulating wrist piece
Post Polio Case
Eval findings, give meanings
1. Hyper extension at knee
2. Quad Weakness - Answer-1. PF stop
2. Probably KAFO

2. Check for X-rays? - Answer-1. No, don't do neither.
2. Yes, must do.
