Dallas, as well as at other notable acute care facilities. She received her BSN degree from University
of Texas, Arlington, and her MSN as a clinical nurse specialist in medical–surgical nursing from Texas
Women’s University. She is currently an educational consultant for Med Ed Seminars in Charlotte,
North Carolina, having served as a speaker for Health and Sciences Television Network (HSTN)
and HSTN videos. An accomplished author, Kendra has edited or contributed to various books on
critical care.
