1.1 Weekly Mentoring Meetings Record and Reflection
During my Teaching Practice III at Princess Park Secondary School, I held formal
weekly mentoring meetings with my mentor teacher as required. These meetings played
an important role in guiding my professional growth and improving my teaching practice.
Each meeting focused on different aspects of classroom teaching, assessment,
professional conduct, and school responsibilities. Through these discussions, I was able
to reflect on my strengths, identify areas for improvement, and gradually develop
confidence as a pre-service teacher.
