Task: I will be describing how the skills that employees are required to have to carry out jobs in the
college are identified.

employees inside the organisation or externally by people outside the organisation. It is important for
organisations to perform a skill audit to map out their employee's knowledge, skills and abilities. For

future development, before WFC employs their staff it is very important for the organisation to
