, Define mandatory arrest LEO SHALL arrest if more then one is present:
-The officer has a reasonable grounds for
believing that continued domestic abuse against
the alleged victim is likely
-There is evidence of physical injury to the
alleged victim; and/or
-The person is the predominant aggressor.
Define predominant aggressor The predominant aggressor is the most
significant and not necessarily the first aggressor
in a domestic abuse incident

-Stalking
-Harassment
Define Temporary Restraining court orders where the court can order the
Orders (TRO) & Injunction abuser not to hurt the victim physically or
sexually, to stay away from the victim, move out
of the house, have no contact with the victim, or
stop harassing the victim
Maximum time for injunction(s) -Individual at risk (4 years)
-Harassment (4 years, but can be extended up to
10 years with special criteria)
-Child Abuse (2 years)
