dilation greater than 6 cm.
Interventions:
Assess fetal heart rate, uterine contractions, maternal BP, HR, RR, breath
sounds and daily weights.
If client is presenting with chest pain, maternal heart rate greater than
120/minute or cardiac arrhythmia, hold the med and notify the physician.
Limit fluids to 1500-2000 per 24 hrs.
