Effective communication is important because it is part of life is it a
way in which people exchanges information or daily life conversations
by speech, behavior or signals, without communication people
wouldn’t be able to get jobs, know how someone is feeling, wouldn’t
be able to treat people’s injuries when in hospital and so on.
There are many ways to communicate to someone the different ways
are,
An interpersonal interaction- is the steps taking for a person to
exchange their feelings, information through verbal and non-verbal
communication first communication is:
One to one conversation
One to one communication only involves two people who don’t know
each other or someone you don’t know well and want to get to know;
this communication is also used in conversations that involve two
people only such as e-mails or letter writing, texting, voice messaging
and many more. For this type of communication individuals may have
to create a positive atmosphere where it doesn’t make the person they
are going to talk to uncomfortable. before starting the conversation, a
person may need to show their opponent that they are friendly in this
case their opponent may show interest in approaching them for a
conversation or they may give a sign of allowing you to talk
to/approach them.
For this conversation there are three steps taking to conversate,
