Mary Zimmerman is a 64-year-old female presenting
with progressive shortness of breath for one week.
Dyspnea is worse with exertion and improves with rest.
She reports increasing fatigue and mild bilateral ankle
swelling. She denies chest pain, fever, cough, or recent
illness. No recent travel. Symptoms have gradually
worsened.
