infected diabetic ulcer to left Z79.2, Z45.2
midfoot due to stepping on a
tack and being unable to feel
the tact. The pt has diabetes,
polyneuropathy, and
angiopathy. On MRI, the results
show destruction of the bone of
the midfoot. The pt does have a
history of ostemyelitis, but is not
showing any current signs of
active osteomyelitis. THe pt is
also noted to have decubitus to
the left buttock covered with
slough. SN to provide wound
care to both wounds, and IV
