The Competing Values Framework is used by companies to comprehend and regulate
organizational culture. Understanding the different values within a company helps
balance areas of progress to include improvement, and flexibility to generate
efficiency and execution of performance. The culture from the Competing Values
Framework that best aligns with the US company is Clan culture. The Clan culture
owners support the input and encourage the workers to offer input and suggestions to
collaborate to create a business where the employees feel heard and included.
Entering the Indian market with the Clan Culture demonstrates the desire to hire locals
and include them in being the first portable fish boat with plans of expansion. The
willingness to include them will help the company learn and expand to other parts of
