海外で働いて
私はインドで働いています。
インドで初めてバスで一人旅をしました。運転手さんは英語が話せませ
んでした。それで、バスが止まったとき、何分ぐらい止まるのか分からな
いので、心配で降りることができませんでした。でも、親切な人が来て、
説明してくれました。インド人は困っている人を必ず助けるようです。
それで、会社で部下に仕事を頼むときも、「金曜日までに やってくだ
さい。」と言うのをやめました。「私、困っていますから、この仕事を
いっしょに してください。」と言いはじめました。
ほかの国の文化を理解して、仕事が少し やりやすく なりました。
