Not water soluble. Ready to use. Coarse particles serve as carriers which as adsorptive substances like clay. Active ingredient either coats outside of granules or is absorbed into them. Active ingredient low. Once applied granules slowly release active ingredient, some require soil or moisture to release ingredient. Mostly used to apply chemicals to the soil.
