Army Major Dick Winters, and my time as a Company
Commander in the SCCC. My principles are strive to be leader
of character, competence, and courage. Develop my team and
know my people. Anticipate problems and be creative. Remain
humble and take a moment for self-reflection. Finally, the true
satisfaction of being a leader is knowing you got the job done
and did it well.
