Hm. Well, for breakfast, I might have cereal, or bacon and eggs. Lunch will be a
sandwich with some deli meats, or maybe a frozen meal or canned soup. I may
have an afternoon snack like chips or pretzels. And for dinner, I'll usually grab
some fast food, like a chicken or fish sandwich, or a hamburger.
Thank you sharing your food choices. Because you have been diagnosed with
high blood pressure before your diet should include heart healthy items. It is Educ
important to monitor sodium in food. The foods like pre-packaged foods, deli 01:49 PM
meats, bacon, canned soup, chips are high in sodium and can aggravate high
blood pressure.
