Its friction:- fiction is a force that is
produced when two surfaces rub themselves against
each other including objects that moving water and
air. Example:- Activities like sit, walk and many
more.

Friction is helpful:- Earth exerts its
gravitational force on the object but the friction
between the hand and the object opposes the
gravitational force helping us hold the object.



Forms of friction:- There are mainly two
types of friction:-
Static friction:- static friction is a frictional force
that acts on an object at rest. For example moving a
bed.
Kinetic friction :- kinetic friction is a frictional force
that slows down and ultimately stops down a moving
