Introduction
Problems are faced by people as well as organization in their day to day workings and
processes. These problems can stop the productivity and can cause long term impact on the
business processes and the behavior of the people in the organization. These problems have
another aspect to them, these can be taken as learning opportunity. The problem-solving

difference in the actual status of an activity and the expected standards and can be resolved
by following a critical analytical process of learning and implementation.
