Critical Violations include: - Answer-1. Autoclave does not meet standard requirements
2. Lack of negative spore tests
3. Non disposable equipment is not sterilized, has compromised packaging, or is past
expiration
4. Work area not properly equipped
5. Reuse of single use materials
6. Sterile equipment not being handled to prevent contamination
7. Body artist has exposed wound that can be infectious
8. Body Artists not practicing good hygiene or proper cleanliness
9. Water supply not approved, not accesible, or documentation for emergency shut off
not provided
10. Non accesible hand washing stations
11. Toxic items not handled correctly
12. Prohibited procedures being practices including non certified artists performing
procedures
Decontamination - Answer-Use of physical or chemical means to remove bloodborne
pathogens and render said surface/object safe for future contact
Department - Answer-Ga department of public health or its agents
, Disinfectant - Answer-Destruction of disease-causing microorganisms to render
space/object safe for handling
