any report by the resident of abuse must be immediately passed on to your supervisor; any witnessed or suspected criminal activity must be reported to the local police department immediately negligence causing harm to someone due to not fulfilling duties and responsibilities and can jeopardize health, safety, and welfare of a person; failure to answer resident's call light or bell in reasonable period of time; failure to supervise resident's whereabouts; failure to take precautionary measures such as positioning aids to prevent falls; failure to carry out nursing orders assault threat to do bodily harm or injury; raising a hand as if to strike someone; threatening to restrain a resident battery touching someone without permission, either violently, roughly, or forcing someone to do something they don't want to do;
