valid only until Dec. 31 of each year and must be renewed annually. The
renewing of credentials is the responsibility of the individual minister.
Ministers who do not receive an annual renewal form by Dec. 1 should
notify their district office (pg. 129). All who have not renewed their
fellowship certificates postmarked on or before Dec. 31 shall be considered
delinquent and are required to pay a late fee up to Jan. 15. Minsters whose
renewal applications are not postmarked by Jan. 15th shall be recorded as
lapsed.
