The Quality Control Plan The Contractor's QC Plan is the foundation upon

received, reviewed, and formally accepted by the
Contracting Officer or their representatives before
any construction work can
begin. It must include, as a minimum, a general plan
for quality control, plus the specifics for the work
that is about to begin.

QC plan, organization must be identified, including a chart showing the
organizational structure and lines of authority. And,
provide a listing of outside organizations
