Learner
I am naturally curious and enjoy learning, especially the process of discovering
something new and understanding it. New topics and experiences excite me, and I do
well in fast-paced environments where I can quickly gain new knowledge and skills.
What motivates me most is the journey of learning, not just becoming an expert. This
strength is clear in my education and everyday life. It’s no surprise that Learner is one
of my top themes because I truly enjoy gaining new knowledge. In my personal life, I
like trying new hobbies and games. In my professional life, my Learner talent shines
through my adaptability, curiosity, and ability to absorb new information quickly.
Starting my MBA strengthened my desire to keep growing, and has motivated me to
pursue a DBA in Health Administration after I complete my MBA in Health
Administration.
Responsibility
I have a strong sense of responsibility and take my commitments seriously. When
I say I will do something, I make sure it gets done. My high standards and
accountability make me dependable. However, because I take on so much, I sometimes
overcommit and risk burnout. I often feel that if I want something done right, I need to
do it myself. Actions have consequences, and people should take responsibility for their
choices. I apply this belief in all areas of my life because I see responsibility as the
