HPI: pertinent s/s; +/- ROS/prior episodes/recent travel/ill contacts 18 month, an 18-yr-
old male presented to the clinic with co persistent dry cough, sore throat, right ear pain,
fatigue, heada He reports he has exercised induced asthma which has been la receive his
annual flu vaccine. PMHx child/adult
