Het Portfolio fase 1B is geschreven door Cindy Buur. Op basisschool De Kustlijn ben ik werkzaam als onderwijsassistent en
als stagiair leerkracht basisonderwijs. Samen met Merel Groot, mijn stagebegeleider, ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de
leerlingen uit groep 6. In de klas zitten 14 leerlingen. Maandag, dinsdag en donderdag ben ik aanwezig op mijn werkplek.
Dit is belangrijk want het werkplekleren vormt een essentieel onderdeel van mijn opleiding.

Deze opleiding is competentiegericht. Het portfolio bestaat uit vier beroepstaken.

Reflectieverslag beroepsgeschikt

In het portfolio beargumenteer ik waarom ik vind dat ik de leeruitkomsten van de beroepstaken heb gehaald. Ook is hier
bewijsmateriaal van te vinden in de documenten die ik heb aangeleverd.
