psychologists, licensed psychological practitioners, or licensed
psychological associates. 1 community citizen.
2. Licensed psychologists will be selected from 3 nominees prepared by
KPA. Licensed for 3 years in the state.
3. Master's provider appointed by governor from 3 nominees
recommended by KPA licensed for at least 3 years
4. Term of at least 4 years or until a successor is appointed. Shall not serve
more than 2 consecutive terms. Governor will fill any vacancies. Members
can be removed at majority vote of board
5. 5 members constitute a quorum. Members receive $100 per day for
attending each meeting and reimbursement of expenses. Chairpersons are
elected annually for 1 year term. No person shall serve more than 2
consecutive full terms as chair. Board will meet twice annually and as
needed. Special meetings may be called by chair or upon the written
request of 2 members.
