False Advertisement
Excerpt "....of holding advertisers that do not constitute offers, are purposing the invitations of soliciting offers instead. The language in the advertisement claims that consumers will have the “best deal on our collector’s edition coffee mugs” this opens up the business to interpret the prices to consumers rather than lock them into a set cost, thus inviting solicitations rather than stating the frauds. The Lovett v. Frederick Loeser & Co supports this argument by stating that most ads are a form of invitation ...."
