MAIN PARTS OF THESE TWO CELLS

Found in the center of the cell
It has a membrane called nuclear membrane
It has a smaller spherical body called nucleolus and;
Thread-like structures called chromosomes

●​ Cytoplasm
Jelly like fluid
Where all the organelles are located

●​ Cell Membrane
Also known as plasma membrane
A gatekeeper that protects the cell from the outside
Controls what materials can go in and out of the cell

OTHER ORGANELLES
●​ Mitochondria
Also known as “powerhouse of the cell”
Where the energy of cell is produced
●​ Ribosomes
Contains RNA and specific protein within cytoplasm
Involved in the manufacture of proteins
●​ Golgi Apparatus
Responsible for transporting proteins and lipids into vesicles
●​ Endoplasmic Reticulum
Involved in the manufacture of proteins
-​ Rough ER: metabolism of carbohydrates
-​ Soft ER: contraction of muscle cells

Lysosome
●​ Contain chemicals that digests wastes
●​ Waste disposal system of the cell
