Introduction
With the ever-growing need for technological devices and expertise for both personal and
organizational use, the demand for experts in the industry has exponentially increased. The
increased demand has seen a shortage of experts and organizations that can handle different tasks
related to technology (Malecki, 2018). As such, Bolt Technologies was developed to address this
issue and make sure that services related to technology were addressed. The organization is
situated in Silicon Valley, California. Some of the areas that Bolt Technologies specializes in
include; wireless computer networking devices, high capacity storage, and processing units and
offers a variety of services on the same. Also, the organization offers advice and helps
organizations maintain their devices for optimal functioning. The organization has been
successful in the area and has amassed a significant client base in its short presence in the
market, 7 years. In this text, I will develop a marketing plan for Bolt Technologies by stating the
organization’s background information, mission statement, and the company’s short and long
term goals and conduct an environmental analysis and SWOT analysis.
