Exam Coverage
The exam coverage includes foundational obstetric nursing concepts
assessed in ATI OB Exam 1. It focuses on pregnancy, prenatal care,
maternal physiologic changes, fetal development, and antepartum
assessment. The exam also evaluates understanding of common
discomforts of pregnancy, nutrition, risk factors, patient education,
and nursing interventions that support maternal and fetal well-being.
Emphasis is placed on health promotion, safety, normal pregnancy
processes, and early recognition of complications in obstetric nursing
