At the end of initial evaluation, the source selections over $100M can go
two different ways - ANSWERS-Award without discussions or
establishing the competitive range
Solicitation Protest Timeline - ANSWERS-Must file a protest as soon as
problems with the solicitation are realized and/or before Bids are opened
in the case of sealed bids.
After Award, Offeror's must file a protest - ANSWERS-1. Within 10
calendar days after "the basis for the protest is known or should have
been known, whichever is earlier," OR
2. Within 5 calendar after a debriefing is concluded, whichever is later
