Trauma—ANSWER--Injury within last 7 days
Non trauma—ANSWER--Problem due to illness rather than injury
A 'Pathway'—ANSWER--A flow chart used to assess a patient's problem which is
presented in a clear, user friendly way to the system user
Question—ANSWER--Presented by system to be answered by the caller
Question rationale—ANSWER--Brief explanation of why a question is being asked
