I'll be guiding you (today/tonight) Sculpt is a challenging workout and we are practicing in a heated room. If you ever need to take a break avoid coming in to child's pose and stay seated with your head above your heart to help cool you down. I'm personally still working through an ankle injury and I do not practice with weights and modify a lot throughout my workout. I'm glad to continually make this smart and powerful choice.
