ANS I've wanted to be a flight attendant for as long as I can remember.
My interest in aviation started when I was a child
I got the chance to see an Air Canada cockpit before a flight, and the pilot let me try on his hat.

probation, I was told I wasn't meeting expectations, although I didn't receive specific any
feedback.
I took it as an opportunity to reflect and realized I perform best in environments with clear
training, defined procedures, and strong teamwork.
That experience taught me the value of communication, structure, and shared responsibility
What have you been doing since - ANS I've been intentional about finding a role that truly
aligns with my strengths and long-term goals.
Especially during peak and holiday seasons
I wanted to ensure my next role aligned with my strengths in safety, service, and teamwork.
I come from safety- and service-focused environments, and I didn't want to rush into a position
that wasn't the right fit.
During this time, I've stayed proactive by applying, preparing, and continuing to develop my
skills, which is why this opportunity with Air Canada Rouge is so meaningful to me

pressure.
Give an example of when you delivered excellent customer service - ANS at Minto, a resident
called upset because their maintenance request hadn't been completed yet, and they were
frustrated.
I listened carefully, acknowledged their concerns, and coordinated with the maintenance team
to prioritize their issue.
