Introduction
A good house is one of the largest charity organizations that is found in England, offering
temporary housing services for the homeless. The organization has focused on working in the
major cities of the United Kingdom, and it has grown significantly in recent years. The growth of
the charity has been boosted with grants from different sources, and they have the potential of
performing better than before. Besides, the organization is receiving high demand for their
services from various people within the community. However, the organization is facing a big
problem in terms of recruitment and selection, development and training process, performance
management, and the reward system. The main objective of this paper is to examine the problem
