reimbursement of funds for qualifying medical, transportation,
and other gov't-furnished support (GFS) received by contractor
personnel in applicable contingency ops.
OSD Staff - R/R (USD(AT&L)

responsibility for the performance of DoD Acq. System,
including establishing and publishing policies and procedures
