Leadership–Its Definition Leadership is an important subject of psychological, sociological, economic, political, and market research and evaluation. It is necessary to consider the demands of the leader to realize what leadership means (Economicsdiscussion, 2019). A profitable company executive would have different goals than a leader that works for social reform. For understanding the significance of leadership, the characteristics of a leader and the role of leadership within an organization have to be known first. Leadership is the practice of motivating individuals voluntarily to achieve social goals (Economicsdiscussion, 2019). The boss of his organization must do what a minister does in his state and what a captain does on the playground (Economicsdiscussion, 2019). Leaders should have certain fundamental values in all areas of life. They should be able to reach their counterparts, negotiate with and advise their dependents, mediate disputes, settle problems by balancing out the diverse options, better distribute precious data to support risks and measures (Economicsdiscussion, 2019)
